Biography
Chris' practice focuses on federal energy regulation and energy transactions. He has provided clients with assistance on federal regulatory compliance matters, including tariff filings, certificate applications, and rulemaking comments before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Chris has also assisted in transactions involving international LNG projects and electric power generation asset acquisitions and sales.
