Biography
Chris’s primary area of practice is public finance law with an emphasis on tax-exempt finance. He has assisted as bond counsel in tax-exempt multifamily housing transactions with various financing structures, and has also assisted in the representation of underwriters and borrowers in transactions involving cities, universities, and healthcare facilities.
