Christina’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and other private equity transactions. Christina also advises companies regarding matters such as securities law disclosure, corporate governance, fiduciary obligations, and general corporate issues. Christina has represented clients in a variety of industries, including energy, food, retail, advertising, healthcare services, meat processing, insurance, and home building products.
