Biography
Catherine's principal practice areas include the representation of underwriters and issuers in a variety of corporate securities transactions, including private placements, initial public offerings, registered secondary equity and debt offerings, Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings, medium-term note programs and continuous equity programs. She has also represented clients in mergers and acquisitions and provided advice on general corporate and securities matters. Catherine has notable experience with real estate investment trusts, master limited partnerships and shipping companies. She has also represented underwriters and issuers in government agency financings involving the issuance of asset-backed securities.
