Biography
Catherine’s practice focuses primarily on commercial lending and financial transactions. She represents commercial banks, private equity funds, hedge funds, and other financial institutions, as well as corporate borrowers and investors, in connection with a wide variety of complex business transactions, including acquisition and working capital financings, asset-based loans, and energy loans.

- Assisted in the representation of the administrative agent in connection with a $1.2 billion syndicated secured senior credit facility to a publicly held oil and gas exploration and production company
- Assisted in the representation of a public company in the refining industry in connection with its $175 million syndicated senior secured credit facility
