Fisk, Casey Cox

Biography
Casey has a broad ERISA/tax practice with a principal focus on employee benefits, tax, and executive compensation. Her practice experience includes the design, implementation, and administration of qualified and non-qualified plans. A significant portion of Casey’s practice is devoted to the design of executive compensation arrangements, including stock options, restricted stock, and other equity-based compensation vehicles. Casey also works extensively on benefits issues relating to corporate mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, initial public offerings, corporate governance matters, securities offerings, and international transactions. She has represented clients in the submission of tax qualified retirement plans to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for determination of tax exempt status and resolution of tax qualification issues. Additionally, Casey counsels clients with respect to proxy statement disclosure and shareholder approval issues involving equity compensation arrangements and compensatory arrangements for executive officers and directors.
