Anna is an associate based in our London office and is a member of the firm's worldwide Energy Transactions & Projects Practice Group. She has experience in energy projects, general corporate work, and share and asset-based mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the oil and gas sector.

- Assisted in the representation of an international energy company on the proposed acquisition of offshore oil and gas assets in Ghana with an estimated value of approximately US$4.5 billion
- Assisted in the representation of Statoil on the US$3.1 billion sale of companies holding a 40 per cent interest in the Peregrino oilfield in Brazil to Sinochem of China
- Assisted in the representation of an independent energy company with respect to its purchase of shares in an offshore company with upstream oil and gas assets in Nigeria
