Biography
Andrea focuses on federal and state energy regulation and energy transactions. Her primary focus is pipeline transportation of crude oil and refined products. Andrea counsels and defends clients in complex rate litigation proceedings before FERC and state agencies and advises clients on regulatory compliance matters, including regulatory guidance for underwriters and bidders in pipeline transactions.
