Biography
Andi’s practice is focused on counseling corporations on corporate governance and compliance and related disclosure matters. In addition, her experience includes the representation of clients in both public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. Andi also devotes a substantial portion of her time to representing private equity funds and principals in private equity fund formations and with respect to ongoing fund operations. Andi is a member of the firm’s Associate Advisory Committee.

Capital Markets
- Routinely advises a leading media entertainment provider, a leading provider of sporting goods equipment and soft goods to the institutional market, and a leading passenger airline on general corporate matters, including governance best practices and compliance with periodic and other reporting requirements and related disclosure obligations
Private Equity
- Assisted in the successful first closing of a debut energy private equity fund targeting total capital commitments of $200 to 300 million
- Assisted in the successful first closing of a debut energy private equity fund targeting total capital commitments of $250 million
