Biography
Alan's principal areas of practice are corporate finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. He represents U.S. and non-U.S. public and private companies and underwriters, with more than 30 years of emphasis in the energy industry representing clients in varied matters.  Alan's practice has focused on clients engaged in oil and gas exploration and production and the service and pipeline sectors of the energy business.  Alan's practice includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, public company reporting, public and private offerings (including international and domestic Rule 144A financings), private equity investments, and other M&A and capital markets activities.
