Biography
Ajeet's principal area of practice is intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent litigation and appeals. His litigation experience includes handling various discovery matters, developing and drafting claim construction positions, drafting motions, conducting patent marking investigations, and identifying and analyzing prior art.

Ajeet joined Vinson & Elkins after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy B. Dyk of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and to the Honorable Paul V. Niemeyer of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Prior to law school, Ajeet advised a diverse range of clients as a management consultant.
