Biography
Adorys’ primary areas of practice are capital markets and securities law and mergers and acquisitions. She has represented leading international investment banking firms and domestic and international companies in a variety of industries, as well as publicly traded master limited partnerships (MLPs), in public and private debt and equity offerings. Adorys has also represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, partnership formations and general corporate matters. She has particular experience in the energy and international marine shipping industries.
