Ralph’s primary areas of practice are False Claims Act and antitrust litigation. He works with government contractors facing False Claims Act cases brought by the government and private qui tam relators. He also assists clients with private antitrust litigation as well as government investigations. Ralph’s litigation experience includes taking depositions, interviewing witnesses, and managing complex e-discovery. He also drafts briefing in federal district courts, interlocutory and final appeals
before federal courts of appeals, and cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. Ralph is a member of the firm’s e-Discovery Task Force and assists with Scotusblog's Relist Watch.
