  • An investment vehicle of a prominent family in its $87.5 million acquisition of three multi-tenant office buildings and a parking lot in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota 
  • A real estate services firm in its acquisition and financing of a 300,000+ square foot Class A multi-tenant office building in Torrance, California 
  • Related Real Estate Recovery Fund in its acquisition of 21 apartment properties in Texas, primarily in Midland/Odessa
  • A subsidiary of Milestone Apartments Real Estate Investment Trust in a $278 million term loan master credit facility with Walker & Dunlop/Fannie Mae secured by apartment properties in five states
