Rajesh is a technology and intellectual property lawyer who counsels clients in transactional issues regarding patents, trademarks and copyrights and in the ownership, use and protection of other technology-related assets. He has deep experience in the drafting and negotiation of inbound and outbound license agreements, patent preparation and prosecution, validity, infringement and freedom to operate opinions, due diligence and client counseling related to a variety of intellectual property types, including data privacy and data protection matters. He also has extensive experience in providing IP advice in corporate transaction deals, including drafting and negotiating the representations and warranties related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and performing the necessary due diligence on IP assets.
