Jason Levine Appointed to The Federalist Society's Litigation Practice Group Executive Committee

partner Jason Levine has been appointed to the Executive Committee, Litigation
Practice Group, of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies.
1982, the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies is a membership
organization with over 70,000 members that is dedicated to promoting
constitutional principles of limited government, individual liberty, and
judicial restraint. It provides opportunities for debate, scholarly discussion
and participation in the public policy process, encouraging members to involve
themselves in local, statewide and national affairs.
Executive Committees organize and participate in events, in-person programs
and panels for the Federalist Society’s flagship event, the National Lawyers
Convention. Practice Groups also produce scholarly articles and help
members and the general public increase their knowledge in specific areas of

antitrust class action defense and suits against the federal government. He
