- Assisted in the representation of SandRidge Energy, Inc. in its $500 million sale of a minority interest to, and its entry into a joint development agreement with, Atinum Partners in the Mississippian Lime
- Assisted in the representation of Korea National Oil Corporation in its $1.55 billion acquisition of a minority interest from, and its entry into a joint development agreement with, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in the Eagle Ford Shale
