What You Don’t Know About Competition Law Can Hurt You: An Update on Key Antitrust Issues

Join our antitrust practitioners for a briefing on antitrust law, including recent developments and emerging issues.   • Mergers & Acquisitions: Learn how companies contemplating major acquisitions notify enforcement authorities through HSR filings and similar processes; how the agencies evaluate markets and transactions; and how to streamline the agency review process.

  • Private Equity & Public Market Investments: Learn about antitrust risks unique to investment firms, including how to identify and manage investments in competing entities. Discuss how emerging economic research on investment funds and competition may affect policy and litigation risks.
